Responsibilities:
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, helping them select the perfect flooring, doors, trim, and staircase solutions for their needs.
- Generate sales and achieve sales targets through proactive customer engagement and follow-up.
- Create accurate and detailed quotes and proposals.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the flooring, home improvement, or related industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong product knowledge of hardwood flooring, engineered flooring, luxury vinyl plank, tile, doors, trim, and staircases is a definite asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
- Drivers license and reliable transportation.
